Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
We want you to love your order! While we don’t accept returns for items that are not damaged or defective, we will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or misprinted.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at taylor@neuralderp.com.

Include clear photos showing the damage or misprint.

Please keep the item and its original packaging until we confirm next steps.
If you choose a replacement, we’ll send it at no additional cost. If you prefer a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exceptions / Non-Eligible Items
We are unable to replace or refund items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or after the 30-day window has passed.
